The Vikings owed their giant-spirited passion for carousing to the
most mild-mannered of deities, Byggvir (pronounced ‘big-vee-ur’).
With his wife Beyla, they presided over the brewing of mead and
beer. Inspired by Byggvir and Beyla’s immeasurable love of brewing
mead & beer, and by adopting the name of Byg, we at Byg Brewski
Brewing Company pay homage to the immortal brewer who moved
an entire nation, and also to the great brewing traditions of the
world, serving up delectable dishes and masterful homebrews
surrounded by dynamic architecture and stunning skylines, with
three magnificent outlets at Sarjapur, Hennur and Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru.
Our colossal castle spanning 65,000 square feet can handle up to 3500 guests at a time for a floating event with multiple performance spaces dotting the expanse, playing host to live performing arts with brilliant street artists from around the world. The architectural focus lays on preserving the original eminence & heritage while simultaneously infusing the signature ‘Byg’ ambience, enhancing the eclectic customer experiences!
Centered around a serene koi pond - a unique signature segment at both our outlets - are five experience zones, a Pavillion, live kitchen, ice vault & much more.
The Pavilion hosts bigger tables for larger crowds, perfect for families, small parties & celebrations alike. Perched directly above the Silent Kitchen, the Pavilion brings a premium experience & elegant flair to customers.
A classic table-and-bench affair for larger groups looking to lounge about for a few hours, the Chill Zone holds a good view of key spaces with graffiti-adorned walls.
The Colosseum is a 40-feet-high screen that makes an appearance for high-octane sporting events, complemented by nine large steps to accommodate 25-30 people across the length of the area.
A high-energy raw & rustic bar space, Barbyric is flanked by a large water body on one side and the Silent Kitchen on the other. Located on the ground floor with top-notch vibes, you’ll see bartenders flipping bottles & customers picking drinks up from the bar - as vibrant as it gets!
The Syn Bar is BygBrewski’s highest point with spectacular views of the night sky and gorgeous sunsets, adorned with fire torches lit up at sunset every evening.

The amphitheater is a setting stage to bring some of the finest international performing arts to Bengaluru. Indian food, hyper-local Karnataka dishes and global cuisines make up the eclectic menu at our outlets. We bring to life the bygone era, with more than 200 international and Indian recipes from around the world, a delight to a connoisseur's taste-buds. You’ll see everything from kararirotis flying & pizzas being tossed to ribs being cooked to & classic nachos being carefully assembled, with the view from the state-of-the-art silent Live Kitchen. Our 6,500 sq. ft state-of-the-art culinary setup with best fire power incorporates immaculate standards of hygiene in an open kitchen concept for complete transparency. Additionally, we accommodate one of the largest wood fire pizza ovens that cater to scale and quality, baking a wide range of our own bread in the in-house patisserie.
Our mixologists expertly craft curated cocktails at the Ice Vault, with its eponymous ingredient being produced in large slabs to elevate your drinking experience as you sip on your favorite concoctions!
